Casuarina Home Reno

Our Casuarina Home Renovation Project, was one of the challenging projects we enjoyed.

Here we installed 5 Slylights with challenging roof profile in the way, but we love how it turned out with exposed rafts it looks amazing.

The Staircase to Garage and Theater downstairs, was dull and dark by installing another long fixed window and niches in the wall between the staircase and lobby to enhance the space and natural light flow.

As the kitchen is te heart of the Family Home it lacked direct natural light by installing in the long skylight just above the kitchen sink It definetly made a difference.

We created a Ensuite and WIR to the Main Bedroom. In the Hallway to the laundry we created a Walk in Temple and Study. Started from Rumpus area before was uninviting, but we opened up the rumpus onto the deck via sliding patio doors to give that flow and replaced all windows around the home from old cream to black.
