Esteem Constructions transformed this Lane Cove property into a high-end masterpiece with a first-floor addition and a ground-floor extension. 

The ground floor was extended and reimagined to create a seamless flow between the kitchen, dining, and living spaces. 

The kitchen was upgraded with exquisite stone benchtops and custom cabinetry, including a recessed niche for the TV, adding both style and function. 

Large sliding doors opened the living space to an alfresco area and pool, enhancing indoor-outdoor living. Hybrid timber flooring was installed throughout for a sleek, timeless look. 

Upstairs, four luxurious bedrooms were added, three with private ensuites, along with a second living area designed for relaxation and comfort, offering the perfect retreat for the family.
