Esteem Constructions reimagined the Marrickville home with a thoughtful ground-floor extension, transforming both the side and rear to create a spacious, connected living area. 

A striking black stone benchtop with a waterfall design became the centerpiece of the upgraded kitchen, complemented by a custom walk-in butler’s pantry for seamless functionality. 

A built-in fireplace was added to bring warmth and comfort during winter, while the bathroom and bedroom were upgraded with luxurious finishes, including a unique moss-green tiled ensuite. 

A dedicated media room was added for entertainment or as a kids’ retreat, and the outdoor space was elevated with a covered alfresco area featuring elegant tiling. 

The home’s facade was given a sophisticated touch with a rendered and timber fence, fresh paint inside and out, and hybrid timber flooring throughout, blending modernity and warmth seamlessly.
