The homeowners in Stanmore wanted to transform their home into a modern architectural sanctuary that seamlessly combined elegance, functionality, and timeless design. 

Their old home felt restrictive and lacked the flow, natural light, and character they desired. They envisioned a home that celebrated natural materials, incorporated thoughtful design elements, and included unique features like curved architectural designs.

Esteem’s Solution

Esteem Constructions redefined the Stanmore home with a stunning ground-floor extension and luxury home renovation, incorporating curved architectural designs into the facade and internal walls, both on the ground and first floors. 

The rear of the home was extended to create a spacious, flowing kitchen and living area. A state-of-the-art kitchen was the centerpiece, featuring a full suite of Smeg appliances, a butler’s pantry, and an integrated French door fridge. 

Large stacker glass sliding doors, accented by porthole windows above, seamlessly connected the interiors to the outdoors, while skylights filled the space with natural light. 

The mix of polished concrete floors, herringbone blackbutt floorboards, and plush carpet created layers of texture and warmth. 

Upstairs, a third bedroom with an ensuite was added, complementing three luxurious bathrooms with heated floors and custom vanities. 

The home’s monochrome interiors, with an organic palette of stone, timber, and sage green accents, unified the design, while the curved walls added a distinctive, modern elegance.

This Stanmore home is now an architectural marvel that balances family-friendly functionality with resort-style luxury.
