Esteem Constructions transformed the home with a ground and first-floor addition that brought their vision to life. The front of the home was extended to create a spacious living area, with upgraded kitchen, dining, and lounge rooms providing a seamless and functional flow. Custom built-in display shelving added character and practicality, while new floor tiles on the lower ground and hybrid timber flooring on the first floor brought a modern touch. The first-floor addition included a luxurious master bedroom with a private ensuite, and the outdoor space was elevated with a fully equipped BBQ kitchen. Aesthetic facade changes completed the transformation, giving the home a striking and modern new look.
